I have a question, does all Tesla's have data connection so that I can remotely lock/unlock or use any functions on the app for free? Is there a limited time period or is it lifetime service?

What about underground garage and leave your key fob at home? I’ve had this happen Tesla needs 4g router in it then it would be fixed.
