People assume that iPhone is the best all arround smartphone. The fact is, iPhone is good at certain things, for example:
1. Standby time
2. Video recording
3. Instagram, Snapchat and other social media that use video recording feature.
4. iMessage
5. Homescreen simplicity, for older people.
Why not gaming? While iPhone has amazing power in it, the cooling system is trash, so after 1 hour of gaming, the phone will get too hot and the screen will turn dark. So people who want to game on phone should just buy an RoG phone

People who want customization on their phone, should just get Android phone

battery drain is probably a third party apps fault. maybe a lock screen app that's not optimized. i'm running stock and i'm very careful about what i install and my battery is great. i'm on 12 pro

Thanks for calling out IOS 16, battery drain.
Reliable (>1 day) battery life was the primary reason I switched to iPhone from android, IOS 16 has brought back my battery anxieties from android days 🙁
yeah after updating to iOS 16 my iphone 13 pro max battery has not been good compared to the long battery life I'd get on iOS 15. I text regulary, browse the interent, watch some youtube, music here and there, and some social media here and there everyday. Navigation like couple days a week only for short spans. Also the performance is not the best it doesn't feel super smooth. It stutters as I scroll through my home screens from time to time. Seriously man iOS 15 was super buggy at launch and then they fixed it to make it perfect by 15.3 and then then the performance got worse again.

I have a bug too, ( iphone 12) on the lock screen. date and the “swipe up to unlock” are glitching through each other.
I guessed there would be battery drain issues in the new iOS 16, so I have not updated. Don’t worry, iPhone 13, you are safe in my hands. 😂😂
As a car guy, I can say the better battery life on the 14 Plus is because it's lighter
Can definitely get behind the battery issue, though it may extend to battery health as well. Have had a 12 mini for only about a year now, but after updating, not only did the battery life get SIGNIFICANTLY worse (which is made more confusing by the fact that it was already pretty bad), but my battery health is already down to 89%. My previous iPhone only got down to that amount of battery health after almost two years, and I’m pretty sure the majority of the tank was shortly after I updated, considering just about a week ago it read as 91%.
It would be significant if they actually improved or added hardware features.
4×4 WiFi would make YouTube operate more like an app than a web app reliant on internet speeds. I have gigabit internet. Let's get to it.
Cameras should be silly wide angle with no lense distortion and recording 16k 120fps the whole time the app is open so you can go back and choose another shot you missed.
Have the same CarPlay Problem.
