IE does suck, and here's why: it's developers refuse to keep pace with all the other major browsers; they seem to think they can take HTML, PHP, & CSS in the direction MS wants. As a result, when we develop new web design with current, valid code, we can count on having either to choose to let IE users (some of whom are still using IE6 or IE7!) languish in obscurity, or to write code just for them so they have a semblance of the experience everyone else gets. If you use WinXP, MS won't even allow you to upgrade IE beyond IE8. That's archaic, it's regressive, and it sucks.
