Even so I would rather see new channels that no one knows about for a few reasons. #1 Helps them #2 It's nice to see unknown channels and what they may become in the future if given subscribers for them to want to continue.
If it is royalty-free I believe it is aloud. It's when you have to pay royalties for the music and don't that's when you're not aloud to have it.
I agree…I originally thought this was for channels that didn't have very many subscribers to help give them a push in the right direction.
