I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen model with the current latest iOS 16.6, and I still suffer random restarts even when doing simple browsing on Safai with no background apps opened, and the battery health is 84%
Apple really selling faulty products which most experience but few gets listened to, since Apple is that much powerful to simply just silence someone. Apple has a GDP 3T USD, it’s almost defend its products like a sovereign country.

How you can get better if you're not acknowledging your mistakes (for example, Apple pushed their lame butterfly switch keyboard for 4 years!)… Apple always blame their users. People who buy Apple product are just people who like abusive relations.

Hey Marques, I always found it very weird how apple got away with the bs battery story. They did intentionally lower cpu speeds so you would upgrade. I had an iPhone 6S and the day the iPhone X was launched it crashed all day. Friends of my experienced literally the same thing. My father still uses the 6s and it is faster than it has ever been. Apple did optimize software right after the scandal so people would notice a positive difference. The battery issue was just another issue and the lawyers thought let’s be smart and make up this bs story about lowering cpu speeds because of our battery problems and give them a new battery to be ‘nice’….
The worst part is, it has been a while since the scandal… And slowly they are starting to do the same thing again. A good example is the iPhone X is now intentionally under-clocked since a while so people will buy the new 12 series and this will continue. Besides ripping off customers this is very bad for our environment. In 2 years my iphone 12 will start glitching although the chipset is still very up to date. How can apple do this and get away with? I am an applied physics student and I am still baffled by this… It is really easy to see that the ‘battery underclocking’ story was just the most convenient way to approach the scandal for apple but it’s just a story their lawyer made up…
